1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern all sales made on the TIMEFREEZE website for product photography services.

2. Orders

Any order placed through the website or by private request implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTCS. The client will receive an order confirmation by email once the order is validated.

3. Prices

Prices are indicated in Swiss francs (CHF), unless otherwise stated. Prices in effect at the time of the order apply and may be changed without prior notice. As PHOTO PROD SWISS is a newly established entity, our services are currently not subject to VAT.

4. Payment

Payment may be made via bank transfer, TWINT, or in cash. Payment is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only. TIMEFREEZE cannot be held responsible for any delays or errors caused by the delivery service provider.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Swiss law, the client has a period of 14 days from the order date to exercise the right of withdrawal, but only if the service has not yet commenced.

Once the service has begun (e.g. research, moodboard creation, shooting, editing, or any other project stage), no withdrawal is possible. As the services are customized and provided on a specific request, the right of withdrawal is excluded once work has started.

7. Dormant projects and file reopening

For custom projects, TIMEFREEZE commits to delivering services according to the agreed timeline, provided the client supplies all necessary materials in a timely manner.

However, if the client delays or fails to approve revisions, thereby extending the initial schedule, TIMEFREEZE reserves the right to charge additional “file reopening” fees under the following conditions:

​

• File reopening fee: This fee will be charged if the project is resumed more than one week after initial delivery, or if it has been placed on hold by the client with no updates or actions within that timeframe.

• The reopening fee is CHF 120.– per project.

• Project file retention: After delivery of the final files, projects are stored for 7 days. If no feedback or correction request is received during this period, the project files are archived in cloud storage with no guarantee of future availability. After 30 days without contact, all working files are permanently deleted, making any image modifications impossible.

• Any request for changes or corrections after delivery of final files will be billed at a rate of CHF 150.–/hour.

• Any modification or reopening request made after the 30-day period may incur additional charges, depending on the nature of the request and the work required.

 

 

8. Liability

TIMEFREEZE commits to providing services in accordance with professional standards. However, TIMEFREEZE cannot be held liable for any indirect damages or delivery-related errors.

9. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights related to the images produced remain the sole property of TIMEFREEZE, even after full payment. The use of these images by the client is governed by a separate agreement defining the scope of usage rights.
